We recommend that parents and guardians explore all the materials included in the quest trail before sharing them with younger members of the family/group.

The activities can be graded and you may like to consider them in relation to the skills and interests of your family members.

Try to walk the quest trail and make your own Risk Assessment in advance of
your expedition. Routes follow established paths but weather conditions etc.  can affect their condition and your enjoyment.
